Job Summary

JOB DESCRIPTION


As an Erling Customer Experience Dispatcher you will be working in a fast pace high call volume environment. You will receive calls and emails every day from customers large and small that need service work performed. Our technicians have a variety of capabilities and certifications. You would need to accurately determine what problem the customer needs to have fixed match the right technician to the right job optimize the technicians travel route record the work that has been completed and provide our customers with a status of each call by the end of the day. The Customer Experience Dispatcher is the center of all this activity.


WHO WE ARE


Our focus is on equipping building repairing and maintaining retail facilities for operators of convenience stores and related types of business. Our core expertise is with fuel systems however we are expanding our offerings to provide a broad range of equipment installation repairs and maintenance of the mechanical systems in these facilities. Our market is roughly the eastern half of Texas. We have delivered double-digit annual revenue growth for over fifteen years and expect that to continue going forward. We are privately held.

  • Answer customer phone calls and emails

  • Bill customers in online portals

  • Ability to learn quickly multi-task and self-prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to self-start and work within a close-knit team
  • Excellent computer skills with skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong work ethic with a drive to succeed

QUALIFICATIONS


  • High School Diploma College Degree is a plus
  • 2 years experience in customer service
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment
  • Authorized to work in the United States
