The Opportunity
Our esteemed client one of Vietnams popular securities firms is looking for a Deputy CEO to enhance the companys revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the companys business plan.
- Build train and manage the sales team to meet business goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain client relationships and provide professional financial advice.
- Update clients on stock market trends and support transactions.
- Oversee client accounts and trading activities.
- Participate in business development events.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Banking or related fields.
- Knowledge of financial markets securities laws and trading procedures.
- Strong communication analytical and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Securities practice certificate preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the securities industry.
