About the Role:
As aProperties Ops Analystwithin theStrategy Product & Innovation Product & Analytics team you will independently support the digital platforms and tools used across Targets entire physical location lifecycle.Youllserve as the primary point of contact for frontline user support; exercise discretion in resolving issues; ensure data integrity and adoption; and work cross-functionally to enhance system performance and usability.
This role requires the ability to use judgment and act independently to ensure that Properties strategy real estate design construction and property management teams can rely on well-supported systems to manage complex projects and operations effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Independently serve as the first point of contact for Properties users providingtimelysupport and exercising discretion in triaging technical issues across systems.
Resolve system functionality issues and use independentjudgementto guide users ensuring consistent and effective use of platforms and tools.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge base content to support training and promote user self-service.
Analyze support patterns and user behavior toidentifyrecurring issues exercising discretion in recommending and informing continuous product and process improvements.
Collaborate with Product Operations and Product Managers to testvalidate and support the rollout of enhancements and fixes applying judgment inidentifyingpotential risks and impacts.
About You:
Graduate in any discipline with 1-4yearsoverallexperience
2 years of experience supporting enterprise technology systems within relevant domains such as real estate design construction or facilities/property management.
Experience in SQL
Familiarity with system configuration data management and business process mapping.
Knowledge in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint (or similar) applications
Good organizationalprioritizingandproblem-solvingskills and ability to multi-task
Strong analytical skills with a proactive solution-oriented mindset
Technical aptitude and curiosity; eager to learn new tools and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
