DIS is seeking an innovative organized and tech-savvy Marketing and Campaign Manager (maternity cover approximately 10-12 months) to lead our digital marketing campaign efforts.
In this role you will help shape how students from North American college and university students discover and choose study abroad opportunities in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
You will report to the Director of Marketing and work alongsisde a skilled Marketing & Communications team specializing in web content and brand storytelling.
In this role you will play a key part in inspiring U.S.-based college students to study abroad with DIS in either Copenhagen or Stockholm. Youll manage multi-channel campaigns contribute to budget strategy and collaborate closely with our external agency to drive impactful results. Youll report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with a skilled Marketing and Communications team with strong skills within web content creation storytelling branding and much more.
Your responsibilities
- Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive student inquiries and applications
- Monitor performance manage budgets and report on key metrics
- Collaborate with our Communications and Content Specialist to align messaging and campaigns
- Lead coordination with our external marketing agency and manage advertising partnerships
- Develop new digital strategies and present insights to key stakeholders
- Support recruitment of Danish and Swedish audiences through targeted marketing efforts
- Manage email campaigns and audience segmentation in our CRM system Element 451
- Use data and insights to enhance campaign performance
Were looking for someone who:
- Is ready to take ownership of campaigns from idea to execution in a fast-paced environment
- Is passionate about digital marketing and stays on top of platform capabilities and tendencies
- Has experience planning and executing campaigns across digital platforms
- Understands how to use data to inform marketing strategies
- Is organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Thrives both independently and as part of a team
- Is proactive adaptable and solutions-oriented
- Is fluent in English (Danish and/or Swedish are a plus)
Bonus if you have:
- International or study abroad experience
- Familiarity with the U.S. higher education system
