About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Mid-Level Project Manager to support the PMO in managing a diverse portfolio of projects.
This person will work closely with the PMO Manager to help coordinate projects maintain visibility across initiatives and ensure consistent execution through tools like Jira and Confluence.
The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and several projects run in parallel.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and track multiple projects across different teams
Break down initiatives into clear tasks timelines and deliverables
Monitor progress dependencies risks and blockers
Keep Jira boards tickets and workflows updated and organized
Maintain clear and standardized documentation in Confluence
Lead follow-ups check-ins and status updates with stakeholders
Escalate delays or risks proactively
Support PMO processes reporting and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience in project management or project coordination
Hands-on experience with Jira including boards workflows and reporting
Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have
Experience working in a PMO or structured project environment
Familiarity with Agile Scrum or hybrid methodologies
Experience with operational or cross-functional projects
PMP CAPM or similar certification
