Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a CS Order Entry LATAM located in Bogota Colombia or Mexico City Mexico

Job Overview

The CS Order Entry LATAM role plays a critical part in ensuringaccuratetimely and compliant order processing across the LATAM region for DePuy Synthes. This position supports the end-to-end order-to-cash process working closely with customers sales teams supply chain andlogisticspartners. The role is impactful because it directly influences customer satisfaction order accuracy and on-time delivery of medical devices that support patient care across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately entervalidate and process customer sales orders in enterprise systemsin accordance withestablished procedures and service-level agreements.

  • Review orders for completeness pricing product availability and compliance with commercial and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate with supply chainlogistics finance and customer service teams to resolve order issues backorders returns and delivery inquiries.

  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers to provide order status updates and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintainaccurateorder documentation and ensure data integrity within order management systems.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives byidentifyingrecurring order issues and opportunities to streamline processes.

  • Adhere to DePuy Synthes quality compliance and data privacy standards in all order entry activities.

Qualifications

Education

  • Required:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Supply Chain Logistics ora relatedfield.

  • Preferred:Additionalcoursework or certification in supply chain customer service or operations.

Experience and Skills

Required:

  • 02 years of experience in customer service order management supply chain or a related operational role.

  • Experience entering and managing orders in ERP or order management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of transactional work accurately.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience supporting LATAM markets or regional order processing.

  • Familiarity with medicaldevice healthcare or regulated industry environments.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with saleslogistics and finance teams.

  • Knowledge of order-to-cash or supply chain processes.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Other:

  • Languages:Fluent in Spanish; workingproficiencyin English is. Portuguese is a plus.

  • Travel:Limited; primarily office-based role.

  • Certifications:None.
