Travel: About 30% of international travel per year.

The Job:

As the Sales Manager youll be part of our sales team working as a hybrid employee. Youll get to:

• Full ownership of the sales cycle for the assigned customer account(s) which includes listing presentations execution forecasting and promotional planning.
• Coordination sales team and support to its members to generate new business directly as well as indirectly.
• Monitoring of market development from the point of products distributors and competitors.
• Support of marketing actions e.g. trade fairs.
• Acquisition of new clients.
• Cooperation with marketing customer service demand planning finance and other departments.
• Creation of sales policies communication with clients and presentation of products.
• Creation of reportings benchmarking and sales statistics.
• Active enforcement of legal health and safety regulations within the team.

The Person:

• Experience in sales manager or team leader role. Preferred in the technical industry.
• Fluent English & Czech.
• Driving license category B.
• Experience working with Salesforce and SAP is nice to have.
