Your Role & Impact:

• Manage your designated leasing portfolio to deliver revenue and profitability targets while expanding JLLs market share in the North Sydney office leasing sector.

• Provide expert guidance to tenants and landlords throughout complex office leasing transactions from initial engagement to successful deal completion.

• Source new client opportunities secure sole agency mandates and build lasting relationships as a trusted market advisor.

• Maintain comprehensive client databases prepare insightful market reports and contribute to strategic forecasting initiatives.

What You Bring:

Strong interest in commercial real estate with ambition to become a market leader in office leasing.

Office leasing experience preferred or related sales experience with demonstrated fee generation capability.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders and build enduring client relationships.

NSW Real Estate registration/license required.
