Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support ITSM tools (Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Zoho ITAM)
- Manage end-to-end IT service processes (incident problem change asset management)
- Configure workflows automation and reporting in ITSM platforms
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management (procurement tracking disposal)
- Monitor and support security tools (Trend Micro Deep Security Imperva DAM)
- Handle L2-level incidents and perform root cause analysis
- Optimize system performance and ensure SLA compliance
- Coordinate with infrastructure security and application teams
- Guide and support L1 engineers and maintain documentation
- Strong experience in Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and ITAM
- Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Change Problem Asset Management)
- Exposure to security tools like Trend Micro Deep Security and Imperva DAM
- Experience in workflow automation and reporting
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and security operations
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work in 24/7 or enterprise support environments
