Fleet Tracking Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Fleet MonitoringMonitor all assigned trucks using GPS/telematics tracking vehicle movement to ensure adherence to approved routes and delivery and escalate unusual vehicle activities such as:Route deviationsExcessive stopsOver-speedingTampering with tracking devices

2. Trip Monitoring & CoordinationMonitor trips from loading point to delivery operational updates on truck location estimated time of arrival (ETA) and with drivers and transport coordinators when irregularities trucks comply with planned routes and delivery schedules.

3. Incident & Exception ManagementInvestigate unusual tracking alerts or operational security concerns accidents or suspicious activities incidents and maintain records for operational review.

4. Fuel Monitoring SupportMonitor fuel consumption patterns through telematics possible fuel irregularities such as abnormal consumption or unauthorized in reporting fuel-related anomalies to management.

5. Driver Compliance MonitoringMonitor driver behavior through tracking systems including:Speed violationsLong idle periodsUnauthorized detoursEnsure drivers follow company safety policies and operational procedures.

6. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily and weekly fleet monitoring reports including:Trip status updatesDelays and operational incidentsRoute deviationsDriver performance observationsMaintain accurate tracking records for operational analysis.

7. Telematics System ManagementEnsure trackers and telematics systems are functioning faulty tracking devices for repair or in testing new tracking features or monitoring tools.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Logistics Transport Management Geography Statistics Engineering or related fields.

13 years experience in fleet monitoring logistics operations or transport management.
