Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for assigned business functions deeply understanding their strategies priorities and operational needs
• Partner with business leaders to identify shape and deliver IT solutions that create measurable business value
• Translate business requirements into IT initiatives and coordinate execution with regional and global IT teams
• Proactively research and evaluate new technology trends including AI-driven so
• lutions automation and digital transformation opportunities
• Support global and regional IT programs including system implementations enhancements and process optimization
• Actively participate in and when required lead English-based global meetings workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Ensure IT solutions align with global IT standards cybersecurity requirements and healthcare compliance regulations
• Track project progress risks and outcomes to ensure timely and high-quality delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business or a related field
• 35 years of relevant experience in IT Business Partnering business-facing IT roles or IT project coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills with an agile curious and flexible mindset
• Demonstrated interest in AI data or emerging digital technologies with the ability to understand their potential business applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written) capable of effective collaboration with global teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment

Plus / Nice to Have

• Hands-on exposure or project experience related to AI machine learning intelligent automation or analytics platforms
• Experience supporting or partnering with large-scale enterprise after-sales / customer service organizations such as service operations call centers field service or technical support teams
• Experience in the medical device pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g. SAP) CRM Service Management platforms or digital service tools
• Understanding of global IT governance data privacy and compliance frameworks
