Digital Business Analyst
Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify business requirements.
Influence business and support decision making and prioritization with clear rationale.
Understand E2E business processes and develop requirements using various techniques such as use cases user stories process flows and wireframes.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing processes or systems do not meet business needs
Communicate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as expected
Organize and participate in (user) testing with comprehensive testing cases to ensure the delivered solution meets the business requirements
Support to define change management plan and ensure that appropriate system training is available.
Requirements::
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all level.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and requirements and translate them into clear and concise documentation.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive solutions-oriented data-driven mindset
Familiarity with digital product development concepts such as UX/UI design software lifecycle management Agile practice.
