We are seeking aWorkdayLearning SMEto support a post-go-live remediation and optimization effort for a liveWorkdayenvironment. This role will focus on stabilizing and enhancing the Learning module finalizing configurations and enabling the internal team to effectively manage the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Remediate and optimize theWorkdayLearning module post go-live
- Complete pending configurations and finalize business process decisions
- Provide hands-on functional guidance aligned withWorkdaybest practices
- Support migration alignment from legacy LMS platforms
- Train and upskill internal L&D teams for long-term sustainability
- Collaborate with HRIS and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability
Required Experience:
- 5-8 years ofWorkdayexperience with strongWorkdayLearningexpertise
- Proven experience inpost-go-live optimization / remediation
- Experience migrating fromlegacy LMS toWorkday
- Strong understanding ofWorkdayHCM ecosystem and impacts
- Ability to provide clear directive guidance and hands-on support
Ideal Candidate:
- Hybrid functional SME who canfix optimize and guide
- Comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders and training teams
- Strong problem-solver who can stabilize underperforming implementations
Nice to Have:
- Change management and coaching experience
- Ability to assess L&D capability gaps and recommend improvements
