Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop maintain and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio EIBs Core Connectors and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
Design and implement integration solutions to meet business requirements.
Work with XML XSLT CSV and JSON for data transformation and mapping.
Perform unit testing troubleshoot integration issues and support end-to-end testing efforts.
Collaborate with HR IT and third-party vendors to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
Ensure integrations comply with security standards data governance policies and compliance requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation including integration designs and support procedures.
Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.

Required Skills:

4 6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations.
Strong experience with Workday Studio EIBs Core Connectors and Workday Web Services.
Proficiency in XML XSLT CSV and JSON.
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs.
Strong troubleshooting debugging and integration testing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in cross-functional environments involving HR and IT teams.
