Job Description

Responsibilities :

Provide direct support organization-wide to individuals seeking a medical or religious accommodation.
Serves as a subject matter expert and act as a point of contact for all Accommodation related requests.
Participate in the interactive process with individuals seeking accommodation and partner with leadership HR and legal to determine timely solutions.
The role is highly collaborative with various groups across the organization and requires heightened skills in facilitating sensitive conversations related to confidential information.
The role reports to the Employee Relations Senior Director.
