The hotel caters to both business and leisure travellers offering strong food and beverage concepts meeting and event facilities and an engaging connection to the local market.

We are seeking an experienced commercially driven General Manager to lead the overall performance of the hotel. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic leadership financial acumen and the ability to build high-performing teams while driving revenue growth and guest satisfaction.

• Provide full leadership and operational oversight of the hotel in line with Marriott International and Le Méridien brand standards
• Develop and execute effective commercial strategies to improve revenue profitability and market share across all departments
• Lead annual business planning budgeting forecasting and long-term strategic positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership key stakeholders corporate partners and the local business community
• Champion service excellence guest engagement and brand presence within the Riyadh market
• Inspire develop and retain a high-performing executive team and hotel associates
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations Marriott governance requirements and health safety and quality standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role within upscale or luxury hospitality
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and improving financial results
• Experience in the Middle East is advantageous; previous experience in Saudi Arabia is beneficial but not mandatory
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Strong leadership presence with cultural awareness and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience within an international hotel brand environment preferred
