Job Summary

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CNA - LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Edison NJ.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care per individualized care plans
- Assist with ADLs including hygiene feeding mobility and grooming
- Perform vital signs intake/output and basic clinical monitoring
- Support ambulation transfers and range of motion exercises
- Maintain skin integrity checks and patient safety
- Respond promptly to call bells and resident needs
- Assist with room care bed making and unit support tasks
- Document care and report condition changes to nursing staff
- Support residents across multiple units as needed
- Maintain safe clean and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Active New Jersey CNA license required
- Minimum 2 years LTC/subacute experience required
- High School Diploma/GED required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Willingness to work with COVID patients and float across units
- Ability to pass facility competency exam
- Strong communication and patient care skills
