Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Mobile AL.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop individualized patient care and rehabilitation plans
- Improve mobility strength and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
- Deliver patient-centered evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
- Active Alabama PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
