Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Mobile AL.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop individualized patient care and rehabilitation plans
Improve mobility strength and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery goals
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs
Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
Deliver patient-centered evidence-based care
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
Active Alabama PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
CPR/BLS certification preferred
