This role goes beyond filling openingsits about finding quality hires who elevate our culture and strengthen our mission. Remote/Hybrid workis available for this position although some in-office time will be required. Our HR team is based out of our corporate headquarters in Baltimore Maryland however this position can be performed remotely from any state within our companys existing footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs refine job requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Cultivate an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our values and brand.
• Promote our culture and employee value proposition through creative outreach and networking.
• Use data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.

What you will bring to our organization:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition recruitment or a similar people-focused role.
• High energy self-motivation and a genuine love for connecting with people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
• A thoughtful proactive approach to hiring that prioritizes both capability and cultural fit.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools.
• A deep commitment to fostering a positive inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal/State employment laws and regulations.
• HR certification a plus.
