Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose comprehensive marketing plans including budget allocation aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead product development and launch initiatives from concept ideation through to go-to-market execution.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance sales results and market trends to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Plan execute and evaluate ATL and BTL activities trade promotions and activation programs to ensure effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation and accurate tracking of actual expenditures.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Lead coach and develop the marketing team to drive high performance and capability building.
  • Leverage strong understanding of consumer behavior needs and lifestyle trends to inform effective marketing strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of retailer behavior and channel dynamics to optimize trade marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate solid marketing fundamentals and strong strategic thinking.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management in alignment with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; a major in Marketing or related fields is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand management including a minimum of 2 years in a Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset and high level of passion for marketing.
  • Proactive self-motivated and able to take initiative.
  • Hardworking and capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
