Requirements

Education & experience required:

CA or CIMA qualification required.

8 years experience in IT or a related field.

Experience with programming languages operating systems current technologies cloud and mobile solutions.

Proven experience in implementing configuring and testing solutions.

Strong understanding of business processes and systems integration.

Experience defining Digital & IT strategies and roadmaps.

Proven leadership experience managing senior teams.

Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Strong leadership conflict management and facilitation skills.

Experience with SAP ECC.

Strong change management capability.

Comfortable working in fluid structures and reporting environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure.

Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Agile certification advantageous.
