Job Summary

Your role

Youll be a part of our Banking & Finance team and work with lawyers across all of our offices. Working closely with our Partners and the wider team you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market.

As a Senior Associate with a specialism in securitisation you will work on:

  • Public and private securitisations (RMBS ABS CMBS trade receivables wholebusiness) including warehousing

  • Securitisation like structured finance solutions (such as loan on loan and other back leverage products)

  • Drafting and negotiating bespoke and complex transaction documentation

  • Supervising junior lawyers and driving efficient matter delivery

About you

We welcome applications from lawyers trained in Australian New Zealand Magic Circle US or other leading offshore firms.

You will have:

  • Experience in a leading Banking & Finance practice with strong exposure to securitisation structured finance derivatives or similarly complex financing structures

  • The ability to run matters independently manage transaction timelines and progress deals

  • Confidence advising clients directly and working closely with partners and other senior stakeholders

  • An interest in building a longterm specialism in structured finance within a toptier environment

  • A desire to learn grow network mentor others
