Role Overview
A senior FP&A leadership role within a multinational manufacturing environment responsible for driving financial planning forecasting and commercial performance insight across the local and regional business. The role operates in a highly structured group reporting environment and requires strong alignment to global financial standards and deadlines.You will act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership translating complex manufacturing and operational data into actionable financial insight that supports decision-making profitability improvement and working capital optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting rolling forecasts and long-range planning processes
- Deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting including variance analysis and commentary
- Compile and submit multinational reporting packs in line with strict group deadlines (USD reporting)
- Partner closely with the Managing Director and operational leadership teams on commercial performance
- Translate manufacturing drivers (costs margins volumes inventory) into meaningful financial insight
- Support working capital management including inventory receivables and payables optimisation
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with group accounting policies controls and reporting standards
- Lead mentor and develop the FP&A capability within the finance function
Minimum Requirements
- CIMA qualification or Honours in Management Accounting
- 1012 years progressive finance experience
- Strong FP&A leadership background within a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to chemical industrial or FMCG manufacturing sectors
- Experience within a multinational or regional group reporting structure
- Advanced Excel skills with strong ERP BI and analytical tool capability
