Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong BFSI domain exposure to lead complex crossfunctional delivery programs. The role demands ownership of endtoend project execution stakeholder management governance and adherence to agile delivery and enterprise compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage endtoend project delivery across Product Design Business Analysis and Engineering teams
• Track and manage milestones schedules risks dependencies resources and financials
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices and BFSI enterprise compliance standards
• Proactively drive issue resolution and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle

Desired Profile

• 12 years of overall experience with strong project / delivery management background
• Proven experience delivering projects in the BFSI domain
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience working in agile and regulated enterprise environments
• Ability to manage distributed teams and complex delivery dependencies
