Qualifications :
What youll own
- Build and manage a qualified federal pipeline
- Lead capture from opportunity identification through award
- Develop win strategies and competitive positioning
- Maintain relationships across agencies and industry partners
- Support proposals (solutioning pricing input strategy)
Nice to have (not required)
- Clearance (Secret / TS)
- Exposure to IT cyber intel or engineering programs
- Tools: GovWin FPDS USAspending
- Capture or proposal leadership experience
