CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT

W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay Brisbane City is hiring a Full Time Reservations Agent. You will play an integral role in giving guests efficient service and recognition whether this be directly with the guest or liaising between third party booking services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Anticipate guest accommodation requirements and offer prompt and efficient service;
• Monitor and complete reports on a daily basis which indicate both productivity of reservations and room night production;
• Manage Room Type availability and inventory on a daily basis;
• Communicate any events or issues that may have a direct affect to hotels operations and profitability;
• Maintain and update Hotel PMS to accurately track account productivity and regular guest activity;
• Be pro-active in making suggestions for the increased room revenue and room night production;
• Monitor no shows and ensure that details are correct so there is as little inconvenience caused to the guest;
• Create and maintain a team environment including all Front Office Talent ensuring that they are trained in the Reservations process.
