Your Role
As Global Executive & Internal Communications Lead you are responsible for shaping and delivering enterprisewide employee communications that drive alignment clarity and business impact across a global organization. Operating with significant autonomy and influence you partner directly with the executive leadership team including the COO CFO CTO and CHRO to define a unified global communications approach that supports corporate priorities and frontline data center operations. This role sets strategy owns execution and continuously evolves global channels governance and capabilities to elevate how employees engage with and act on company priorities at scale.
What youll do
Lead global employee communications strategy aligned to enterprise priorities (Grow Simplify Execute Collaborate)
Serve as a senior advisor to executive leadership on messaging positioning and delivery
Own endtoend communications for highvisibility enterprisewide moments including Global and Business Unit AllHands Leadership Forums and other flagship initiatives
Partner closely with Operations Health & Safety and regional leaders to translate business priorities into clear actionable communications for frontline data center teams
Define and drive a unified global communications approach ensuring consistency of messaging cadence and priorities across regions and functions
Own and continuously evolve the global communications ecosystem including intranet video digital signage and executive channels
Define editorial strategy and manage a global content calendar including videoled and digitalfirst storytelling
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance the speed quality personalization and scale of global communications
Set track and report on engagement reach and businessimpact KPIs including employee listening and feedback loops
Establish global standards governance and best practices and manage external vendors and partners as the function scales
What youll need
1015 years of experience in internal or corporate communications with significant global scope
Proven ability to influence and advise Csuite and senior executives
Experience owning enterprisewide communications strategies with demonstrated measurable impact
Strong business acumen with the ability to align communications to company strategy and performance
Experience leading largescale highproduction communications initiatives including videoled and multimedia experiences
Demonstrated expertise integrating AI into communications workflows while maintaining high editorial standards
Experience with modern communications and collaboration tools and platforms including video and broadcast solutions (e.g. Vimeo Teams) intranet and digital signage platforms employee listening tools (e.g. Glint) and emerging AIenabled communications technologies
Strong understanding of video and digital production workflows with experience directing external vendors
Ability to operate independently in a fastpaced highvisibility highly matrixed global environment
