Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a reliable and compassionate Patient Escort to assist with the safe and efficient transport of patients within a healthcare facility. This role involves supporting patients traveling by wheelchair stretcher or hydraulic stretcher while ensuring comfort dignity and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Escort patients throughout the facility using wheelchairs stretchers or hydraulic stretchers
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during transport
- Follow all hospital protocols and safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
- Maintain timely and efficient patient movement in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification (required)
- Proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
