Whats the role

As an Executive Assistant supporting a General Manager in Non-Financial Risk youll be right at the centre of a highly visible and fastpaced function. Youll be trusted to manage complex diaries and inboxes coordinate high-stakes meetings and ensure your leader is prepared for engagements with senior executives regulators and Board members.

With frequent competing priorities youll bring order to a constantly shifting schedule anticipating needs and thinking several steps ahead. Youll coordinate leadership team meetings prepare agendas and papers manage confidential information with care and act as a key connection point across the business.

Youll also support events travel and expenses respond quickly to stakeholder requests and keep systems and documentation up to date. This is a fulltime role based in Sydney with an expectation youll work 3 to 4 days per week in the office supporting strong connection and collaboration.

What do I need

To thrive in this role youll bring a strong sense of initiative attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and confidence.

Heres what will help you succeed:

  • Proven experience in a senior administrative or executive support role maintaining strict confidentiality within financial services or investment banking.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) and confidence navigating internal systems.
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
