Team Lead Back Office

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Lead to coordinate and optimize the performance of Advertising this role you will lead a dynamic team ensuring efficiency quality and achievement of targets.

Your Role:

• Supervise train coach and motivate the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Organize regular meetings to define objectives monitor progress and address challenges.
• Monitor and optimize workflows to improve performance and achieve established KPIs.
• Analyze results and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and correct execution of processes.
• Provide direct reporting to the HQ team in Germany in English.
• Act as the main point of contact between the team and management.
• Prepare performance reports monitor results and resolve bottlenecks.
• Manage conflicts and operational issues within the team.
• Ensure the team has the necessary tools and resources to work effectively.
• Implement strategies and processes to improve overall team performance.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

• Previous experience preferably in digital advertising performance marketing or the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs data analysis and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong results-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate train and guide a team toward concrete goals.
• Experience in process improvement and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language.
