Job Title: Dental Hygienist
Location: Green Bay WI 54311
Schedule: Variable
Duration: Flexible Per-Diem
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to provide high-quality oral care in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will deliver preventive dental treatments educate patients on oral health and support overall dental practice operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dental cleanings including removal of plaque calculus and stains above and below the gum line
- Provide oral hygiene treatments and patient education in accordance with state regulations
- Apply fluoride treatments and dental sealants
- Operate Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) equipment as needed
- Record and review patient medical and dental histories
- Provide nutritional counseling and preventive care guidance
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with dental team members to ensure efficient patient care
Required Qualifications:
- Active Dental Hygienist License (state-issued)
- CPR Certification required
- X-ray certification or training required
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as a Dental Hygienist
- Experience with GBT (Guided Biofilm Therapy) equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program

- Attention to detail and clinical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a per-diem setting
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
