Job Summary
We are currently engaging with a well-established financial services organisation seeking to connect with a Senior Finance Professional (CA(SA)) with approximately 4 years post-articles industry experience.
This is a talent pipeline search for a commercially minded finance professional who can operate across finance operations reporting and strategic support within a fast-paced and regulated environment.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE PROFILE
We are looking to connect with candidates who have:- Qualified CA(SA) designation
- Around 4 years post-articles experience within industry (financial services preferred)
- Strong exposure across financial control reporting and finance operations
- Experience working in a dynamic stakeholder-driven environment
KEY EXPOSURE AREAS
The successful profile will typically have exposure to:- Acting as a key finance SME for systems processes and finance systems adoption
- Oversight of end-to-end finance functions including AP reporting FP&A budgeting forecasting tax compliance reconciliations and month-end close
- Delivery of financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Coordination of external audit processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Strengthening financial controls and driving process efficiency and continuous improvement
- Engagement with external stakeholders including funders auditors and regulators
- Support of treasury and funding activities including due diligence processes
- Monitoring financial performance identifying cost optimisation opportunities and assessing key business risks
- Partnering with operational teams and senior management to foster a high-performance culture and support team development
- Additional responsibilities as delegated by the CFO from time to time
