About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team in this role you will focus on generating new business opportunities qualifying leads and supporting the sales pipeline in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach
- Conduct cold calling and engage with potential customers
- Qualify leads and support the sales pipeline
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work towards individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales performance
Requirements
- German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Minimum 2 years of cold calling or outbound sales experience
- Experience in tech or digital advertising is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Proven ability to handle objections and convert leads into opportunities
- Goal-oriented mindset with experience in meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote-friendly environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
