Job Summary

We are hiring an Account Executive German & English in Sofia Bulgaria.

If you are bilingual target-driven and ready to own a full sales pipeline across German-speaking markets this role is for you.

What you will be doing:

Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to close
Building a structured CRM pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
Developing long-term relationships with clients in German-speaking markets
Collaborating with a multilingual team in a fast-paced BPO environment

What we are looking for:

German C1/C2 and professional English
Background in sales customer service or outsourcing/BPO
Strong pipeline management and CRM skills
Motivated by targets and uncapped earning potential
