As we scale toward our Pan-African expansion we are looking for hungry results-driven sales professionals to dominate local territories.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow our B2B client base in Victoria Island / Lekki / Ikoyi. You will be the face of Zenrox in your region responsible for driving revenue acquiring new healthcare facilities and maintaining strong relationships with hospital administrators and procurement managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target and close sales with hospitals clinics and diagnostic centers within your designated territory.
- Promote and sell Zenroxs extensive catalog of medical devices laboratory equipment and consumables.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Manage a dedicated monthly marketing float to optimize client acquisition and territory coverage.
- Maintain accurate sales records pipeline tracking and market intelligence reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales field sales or business development (Healthcare or Medical Device sales experience is a massive advantage).
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Victoria Island / Lekki / Ikoyi.
- Strong negotiation presentation and closing skills.
- Self-starter with a lean entrepreneurial mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: 150000 - 250000 monthly (depending on experience).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to 200000 for entry-level and 250000 for experienced hires driven by generous incentives on every closed sale and target achievement.
- Dedicated marketing/transport float attached to support field activities.
- Opportunity to grow into an Area Sales Manager role as Zenrox expands
