About the Position
Join a Czech-speaking customer service team supporting automotive digital this role you will assist customers with inquiries related to digital tools and services in the automotive sector ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in Czech via digital channels (such as phone email or chat)
- Assist customers with questions related to automotive digital services
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow internal processes and escalation procedures
- Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Czech
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer service experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Must already reside in Portugal
