Business Development Representative (German English)
Location: Krakow Poland (Hybrid 3 days office / 2 days home)
Start Date: 9 May 2026
Working Hours: MondayFriday flexible start between 07:0010:00 latest finish by 19:00
Salary: 11000 PLN gross/month quarterly performance bonuses
Relocation Requirement
This role requires relocation to Krakow Poland due to the hybrid working model. Remote work from other locations is not possible. A onetime relocation reimbursement of 2600 PLN gross is provided after relocation and starting the job.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with German and English to join a dynamic sales team in this role you will focus on identifying sales opportunities building relationships with business clients and driving revenue growth within a technology and cloudbased environment.
You will work with small and mediumsized businesses advertising agencies and senior decisionmakers using a consultative sales approach to understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activity
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Negotiate with customers and handle objections to successfully close deals
- Recommend and quote suitable solutions based on customer needs
- Build longterm relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor
- Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to support customer success
- Stay informed about trends in technology and cloudbased solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Experience working with KPI targets (monthly or quarterly)
- Proven closing experience and outbound sales activity
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- SaaS / IT / technology sales
- Advertising sales (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
- Cloud or tech solutions sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- German: B2/C1 level
- English: B2 level or higher
- EU citizenship or valid residence card
- Ability to relocate to Krakow Poland
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 11000 PLN gross per month
- Quarterly bonuses starting from 5000 PLN gross when 100% of target is achieved (higher based on performance)
