Job Summary
Are you an ambitious fluent German speaker looking to skyrocket your career in tech sales We are partnering with a fast-growing innovative organization that is expanding its presence in the DACH market. Operating from the vibrant heart of Berlin this company empowers businesses with cutting-edge solutions and is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their high-performing team.
Tasks
As an SDR you will be the engine room of the sales pipeline acting as the first point of contact for prospective B2B clients across the DACH region. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting & Outbound Outreach: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through cold calling tailored email campaigns and social selling (e.g. LinkedIn).
- Inbound Qualification: Respond to and qualify inbound inquiries turning warm interest into concrete business opportunities.
- Strategic Discovery: Conduct discovery calls with key decision-makers to understand their pain points and pitch the companys value proposition.
- Pipeline Generation: Book high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead data within the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure data-driven sales strategies.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you need to be a self-starter with a passion for building relationships. The ideal candidate brings:
- Language Skills: Native or C2-level proficiency in German (written and spoken) is mandatory alongside professional fluency in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales telemarketing customer-facing or recruitment role is highly advantageous though motivated graduates with the right attitude will be considered.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage corporate decision-makers confidently.
- Mindset: A resilient goal-oriented and coachable mindset. You view no as a stepping stone to a yes.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
