About the Role

Were seeking a highly motivated Sales Intern (min. 3 months) or Working Student to help build Logisticas sales this role youll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects generating qualified pipeline and working closely with our team to sharpen our go-to-market approach. This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced operators while developing your commercial skills and take on meaningful responsibility from day one.

Tasks

• Take ownership of our outbound pipeline from identifying target accounts to converting leads through proactive outreach via phone email and other channels
• Develop a deep understanding of our product market and customers to effectively communicate our value proposition and engage decision-makers
• Create refine and optimize call scripts outreach sequences and sales materials based on real-world customer interactions
• Work closely with the sales and product teams sharing insights from customer conversations and helping shape our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap

Requirements

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• You enjoy speaking with people are confident on the phone and know how to build trust and create engagement
• You are resilient reliable and comfortable handling objections and rejection
• You have initial experience in sales business development or another customer-facing role
• You are tech-savvy and curious about AI (experience in logistics is a plus)
• You are able to work independently take ownership of your results and thrive in a fast-moving environment
