WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

In this role youll help ensure smooth and accurate implementations by coordinating PPO network setups tracking and communicating plan changes managing communications such as contact updates and HIPAA rosters preparing runout invoices and maintaining organized records. Your work will provide clarity and consistency for internal teams and support sound operational outcomes every day.

WHEN WILL YOU WORK

This is a fulltime MondayFriday position from 8 am5 pm with overtime available as needed.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
• Strong organizational skills self-motivation and a proactive self-starting mindset
• Strong attention to detail solid math and dataentry skills
• Positive flexible teamoriented mindset

Preferred qualifications include professional written and verbal communication skills strong customer service abilities a positive attitude a teamplayer mentality and excellent attendance.
