Description

Our client is seeking a contract Payroll Processor to supportbi-weekly payroll operations in a multi-state environment ensuring accurate and timely processing for approximately 140 employees. This is a contract role (2-3 months) with potential for a longer-term extension ideal for someone who can quickly step in contribute immediately and provide process improvement insights.

Key Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP formulti-state employees
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
Review payroll data and resolve discrepancies as needed
Partner with internal leadership to support payroll operations
Maintain payroll records and documentation
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and workflows

Requirements

Experience processing payroll using ADP (TotalSource preferred)
Experience with multi-state payroll environments
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and quickly ramp up in a new environment
Process improvement mindset with the ability to suggest enhancements
Reliable and able to work on-site
