Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Clarksville TN.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Improve patient mobility strength and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and clinical guidelines
- Support rehabilitation and post-injury recovery programs
- Deliver patient-centered evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
- Active PT license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
