Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting Travel or Local job in Clarksville TN.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Improve patient mobility strength and functional independence
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with safety and clinical guidelines
Support rehabilitation and post-injury recovery programs
Deliver patient-centered evidence-based care
Qualifications
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent required
Active PT license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently in a clinical setting
CPR/BLS certification preferred
