As a key point of contact for our clients and prospects you will be responsible for delivering prompt and professional support through written communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills be proficient with technology and excel at managing multiple conversations efficiently while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about property listings availability pricing and services
- Assist clients with scheduling property tours and appointments
- Manage and track customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication with prospects
- Resolve basic client issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary
- Support real estate agents with administrative communication tasks
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and client details
- Ensure all responses align with company policies and brand tone
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer support virtual assistance or real estate support preferred
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities
- Comfortable using chat platforms email systems and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
