- Provide chat and email support to customers regarding Extract Wellness products
- Assist customers with product inquiries orders shipping information and general wellness questions
- Resolve customer issues and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes
- Collaborate with teams internally to address customer needs effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using chat and email support tools
