Administer DREEFs Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint Teams Microsoft Forms shared drives and Calendar) ensuring appropriate access and usability across all verticals
Provide first-line IT support to staff and consultants resolving access software and connectivity issues within agreed service levels
Maintain the document management system enforcing version control naming conventions and access permissions
Manage and update the technology asset register software license tracker and system configuration logs
Assist in onboarding new staff onto DREEFs digital platforms and tools
Develop and support IT user training materials
B. Digital Solutions & Automation Support
Support deployment and day-to-day operation of:
AI document drafting tools
Automation workflows
Digital productivity solutions
Ensure systems remain operational up-to-date and aligned with business needs
C. Business Analysis & Cluster Engagement
Embed within assigned PMT clusters to:
Gather document and validate business and system requirements
Identify process inefficiencies and technology gaps
Map end-to-end business processes and recommend:
Automation opportunities
System improvements
Integration points
D. Product Ownership & Delivery
Act as Product Manager for digital solutions within assigned clusters:
Define and manage product roadmaps
Manage stakeholder feedback
Ensure delivery of measurable business value
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support system rollout
Drive digital adoption through hands-on user support and training
E. Systems Thinking & Collaboration
Apply systems thinking to ensure solutions are:
Scalable
Integrated
Aligned with DREEFs broader technology ecosystem
Engage across clusters to:
Identify shared needs
Promote reusable and standardized solutions
Reduce duplication of effort
F. General Support
Support the Digital Solutions Manager in all delegated activities
Ensure DREEFs digital systems remain efficient reliable and fit for purpose
An ideal candidate for the role is a highly Digital Solutions professional
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science Engineering or a related field
3 years of experience in:
IT operations and project management business analysis or digital solutions roles
Experience working with business teams and translating requirements into solutions is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and digital product delivery.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management
Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g. Power Automate or similar)
