Job Summary
We are looking for a Facilities Management Billing Advisor to support the timely and accurate processing of FM and UK Restricted Customer Dockets on Hold (DOH) ensuring billing accuracy SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.
What youll do:
Process DOH within agreed SLAs
Review Excel-based DOH reports and assess chargeability
Raise sales invoices and process credits and reinvoices
Update the Customer Portal daily with completed dockets
Manage invoice queries and resolve errors
Support continuous improvement of DOH processes

Experience using ERP systems and Excel
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Positive proactive team player
Ability to pass National Security Vetting (CTC/SC)
Nice-to-Have:
23 years experience in a processing billing or accounts role
