Java Full stack Lead

Position Description:

Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Core Java Java 8 (Java 17/21 preferred).
Experience with Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Security Spring Data JPA & Angular
Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases like Oracle MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins Git Maven etc.).
Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Experience working with Docker Kubernetes or containerized applications is an advantage.

Domain Skills
Mandatory experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
Good understanding of compliance security and reliability standards in BFSI.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and manage microservices-based architecture ensuring modularity and maintainability.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts QA and DevOps for end-to-end delivery.
Write clean efficient and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews unit testing and debugging to ensure quality deliverables.
Work on database design optimization and performance tuning.
Ensure adherence to security compliance and regulatory standards in BFSI projects.
Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with a focus on reliability and performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and innovation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 8 years of overall IT experience in Java-based application development.
Preferably from Banking / Financial Services (BFSI) domain.
Full-time graduation is mandatory (B.E./ or equivalent).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
