Product & Solutions Lead – Sentinel

• Own and drive the Sentinel product roadmap and feature prioritisation.
  
• Gather analyse and translate customer requirements into product specifications and user stories.
  
• Collaborate with Engineering AI QA and Design teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
  
• Lead product demonstrations discovery workshops and solution presentations for enterprise customers.
  
• Design customer-centric solutions aligned with business requirements.
  
• Support enterprise sales by preparing RFPs RFIs PoCs security questionnaires and solution proposals.
  
• Act as the product subject matter expert during customer engagements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with UK and international enterprise customers.
  
• Drive customer onboarding product adoption and ongoing customer success initiatives.
  
• Liaise with customers Sales Engineering AI and Leadership teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  
• Conduct market research competitor analysis and identify emerging industry trends.
  
• Research AI Risk Intelligence KYC/KYB AML Financial Crime and Continuous Monitoring technologies.
  
• Recommend innovative product enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.
  
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  
• Deliver product training and enablement sessions for internal teams and customers.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field.
  
• 5 years of experience in Product Management Solutions Consulting Enterprise Pre-Sales or a similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of KYC KYB AML Financial Crime Risk Intelligence and Continuous Monitoring.
  
• Experience working with SaaS products and enterprise software solutions.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Strong presentation stakeholder management and solution design skills.
  
• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) user stories and functional specifications.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  
• Experience with Jira Confluence Azure DevOps Figma or similar collaboration tools.
  
• Understanding of APIs AI products cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
  

Preferred

• Experience working with UK/European enterprise clients.
  
• Exposure to AI RegTech FinTech Compliance or Risk Intelligence platforms.
  
• Commercial mindset with a strong customer-first approach.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
