Job Summary
Kitting Specialist (Warehouse / Supply Chain)
A kitting specialist in a warehouse environment is responsible for picking assembling and preparing materials into complete kits to support production order fulfillment or distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick components and materials from warehouse inventory using pick lists or RF scanners
Assemble and package kits according to work orders or customer specifications
Verify accuracy of parts quantities and quality before completing kits
Label stage and prepare kits for shipping or production use
Maintain organized inventory and ensure proper stock levels
Report shortages damaged items or discrepancies to supervisors
Follow warehouse safety procedures and company standards
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer or scanner (RF) experience
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Team-oriented with a reliable work ethic
Ability to lift and move materials (as required)
Utilized BOMs and work orders to support efficient production and order fulfillment
Leadership skills
1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
$16.00 an hour
