End User Services (EUS) Engineer

Location: Onsite New York NY (5 days/week initially; potential hybrid later)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled End User Services (EUS) Engineer with strong experience in trading environments and desktop engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in user support system administration and automation with the ability to manage enterprise-scale environments and provide high-quality IT support.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with modern workplace tools (Intune Microsoft Endpoint Manager)

Hands-on expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation

Experience managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMware Horizon)

Background in financial services / trading environments (MANDATORY)

Proven ability to support and manage 1000 devices

Strong understanding of end-user support system administration
